I was ready to take my vehicle to another service provider because I felt the prices charged were too high, and often work was recommended before it was actually required. In addition I was never offered any service coupons or discounts. My experience with Jack changed all of that, and I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at your location. And will buy my next car (again) from your dealership as well. Jack is the kind of person that is truly a CUSTOMER SERVICE representative. He even printed out coupons for my next recommended service and attached them to my invoice. If you could rate Jack as even more exeptional than that would be my rating.

The Walnut Creek Mercedes Benz dealership marketing/sales personnel, specifically Ed Jung, Gary Crockett, Blaire Pritchard, and Shawna Davis, were extremely cordial, considerate, and gracious in delivering a professional approach throughout the buying timeframe from 'just looking' to 'post purchase'. We could not have asked for a better experience. We felt no obligations, no pressures, no lack of care & support as we were making our decisions on what and where to purchase our vehicle. Ultimately, Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek, our legacy dealer for our ML430, was the best choice and we were rewarded with a superb experience. I also appreciated the sincere and extraordinary efforts of the Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek sales team to support each other during their individual 'off days' when we were continuing to move forward on our decision to purchase the E sedan.
In this decision, I, too, want to mention that John Ford, our Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek Service Advisor for our ML430, had an influence on our decision to purchase the vehicle as John was an excellent resource in sharing vehicle experiences and expertise. Based upon the years we have worked with John, we very much value his knowledge and judgement.
