Since our initial partnership with Laureus Foundation USA, Mercedes-Benz has contributed more than $3 million to help nearly 500,000 at-risk kids in under-served communities across the U.S. through the powerful impact of collaborative sports. Through health and education initiatives, these young men and women, like Michael Quiles, have been able to increase their quality of life providing inspiration to those around them. Quiles says of his participation in the "Fight Back" program, "They never ever, ever give up on people that they see potential in. That's what sums it up--the whole thing."
