Jason is dedicated to providing the best experience for our customers and our employees. In his free time, he likes to spend time with his beautiful wife Leah and their pups Oliver and Daisy Mae, hang out with family and friends, and eat lots of good food (mostly carbs).

    Her love for rich heritage and passion for helping people, launched her into a career with Mercedes Benz which has span more than 10 years. She has achieved Master Certification and continues to evolve her department to better suit the needs of the dealership. Arlenne's dedication and attention to detail help her embrace her new responsibilities and is thrilled by special projects.

She is the mother of two lovely daughters and a wife to a wonderful husband; who she has been married to for 21 years! She has been with Mercedes Benz for almost 25 years. Terry started as a service receptionist and worked very hard all the way up to the position she is at now. She loves the daily challenges Warranty administrator brings her, however, she misses the customer interaction being a receptionist. When she is not at work, she is very family oriented and loves hanging out with her husband and family.

    May Ly is a warranty booker - administrator for Mercedes Benz of Walnut Creek.  She has been working at Mercedes Benz of Walnut since 2012 but has been working in the same field working at other Mercedes Benz dealerships since 1999.  While starting out as a file clerk and cashier she attended Evergreen Valley college of San Jose.  She has been happily married for 9 years and she is a mother to a lovely and active 8 year old boy.  On her days off she enjoyed spending time with her families and friends.  Her favorite hobbies are gardening, singing, and playing games with her son.

    Jorge De Lucas is the Detail Manager of Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. He has been at our dealership for about three years. He moved to the Bay Area in 1996 and completely fell in love. On his free time he likes to travel and see new places, such as Reno. He has a dog called Buddy, who is a beautiful Maltipoo. Jorge loves the detail business and has a strong interest in cars. He looks forward to seeing new car technologies to make sure he is up-to-date. For example, matte finish is a new technology and not everyone knows how to care for it and when it first came out he jumped at the opportunity to learn about it. He likes to work with his own people, they're pretty cool. On his free time he likes kickboxing and also loves to enjoy the day and make things happen.
