Exterior Design

The EQB is far more aerodynamic and sculpted than the boxy GLB it's based off. From its wide power liftgate and 111-inch wheelbase to its Mercedes-EQ continuous front/rear light strip and full-width LED lighting, the EQB combines form and function in every aspect.

Interior Design

Families from Oakland and the greater Bay Area can fit five to seven passengers in the EQB, which provides 24 cubic feet of cargo space to stow what's purchased in downtown Walnut Creek at Broadway Plaza. The EQB's cabin features exclusive backlit dash trim and cabin lighting with 64 color options. Heated and ventilated power memory seats and dual-zone climate control offer a relaxing ride back to Walnut Creek or Oakland after hiking Mount Diablo's Grand Loop. The EQB even lets you stargaze in the Bay Area with a giant panorama roof.

Performance

The EQB has a 70.7 kWh battery capacity and can travel up to 250 miles around the Bay Area on a single charge. That's enough range for multiple trips between Walnut Creek and Oakland. One electric motor powers the EQB 250+, which is rated for 188 horsepower and 254 pound-feet of torque. A second electric motor works with the 225-horsepower EQB 300 that delivers 288 pound-feet of torque and the 288-horsepower EQB 350 that achieves 384 pound-feet of torque. These EQB models have 243 and 227 miles of all-electric range, respectively. On every trip between Orinda and Oakland, the EQB can use ECO Assist and maximize range. The EQB's 4MATIC® all-wheel drive gives Danville drivers better handling on I-680 and Bay Area highways.

Technology

Dual 10.25-inch displays make up the Interior Widescreen Cockpit in the EQB, which gives Walnut Creek drivers access to multimedia and a digital instrument cluster. Apple CarPlay/Android Auto™ integration provides smartphone access taking the EQB to the Lindsay Wildlife Experience center to learn more about local wildlife. The Mercedes-Benz User Experience works with Natural Language Understanding and Navigation with Electric Intelligence. These features make it easier for Pleasanton drivers to give commands and plan trips across the Bay Area based on real-time range data. The EQB's 12-speaker Burmester Surround Sound System dials up the listening experience for Danville drivers and fellow passengers.

Safety

Thanks to Blind Spot Assist and Exit Assist, your EQB is always on alert, whether you're driving down I-680 in Bay Area traffic or you're arriving at the Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek. The Head-Up Display projects information onto the windshield of the EQB where Pleasanton drivers have an easy time visualizing it.
