AMG® EQS

Exterior Design

This fully electric sedan has cab-forward proportions and a one-bow design with advanced aerodynamics. Aerodynamically optimized AMG® wheels measure 21 to 22 inches in diameter and 10 inches across for an aggressive stance. Full LED lighting includes LED Daytime Running Lamps. The EQS black panel contains vertical chrome bars, and there are full-width lightbars for the front and rear.

Interior Design

For a personalized driving experience, Pleasanton customers can choose to have their AMG® Performance steering wheel trimmed in Nappa leather, microfiber, or Nappa/carbon fiber paired with microfiber. Flex between 22 to 63 cubic feet of cargo space in the AMG® EQS, which lets natural light in through the panorama roof. All-LED interior lighting lets Walnut Creek drivers choose a hue that matches their mood. There are also AMG® floor mats, brushed stainless steel pedals, and a heated steering wheel.

Performance

Run errands in Oakland and take several trips to the other side of the Bay Area before recharging with 277 miles of all-electric range in the AMG® EQS Sedan, which can reach 60 mph in 3.4 seconds through RACE START®. Dual AMG® electric motors deliver 649 horsepower - jumping to 751 ponies with boost - and 700 pound-feet of torque. This unique EQS model adapts to Bay Area roadways in fractions of a second through AMG® Performance 4MATIC+® all-wheel drive. The AMG® EQS has a 108 kWh battery capacity and gives Orinda drivers five AMG® DYNAMIC SELECT® modes, including Sport+ and Comfort. Additional performance features include compound AMG® brakes, Intelligent Energy Recovery, and intelligent control for the rear-axle steering.

Technology

On the way to work in Oakland or shopping at the Broadway Plaza in Walnut Creek, the AMG® EQS keeps everyone informed through the MBUX Hyperscreen combining a 12.3-inch OLED passenger touchscreen, a 17.7-inch OLED central multimedia touchscreen with wireless Apple CarPlay/Android Auto™ compatibility, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster. Voice Control with Natural Language Understanding and MB Navigation with Electric Intelligence are included. Wireless charging lets Danville drivers add juice to their smartphone before arriving at the Lesher Center for the Arts in Walnut Creek, Diablo Foothills Regional Park, or another Bay Area destination. EV Sound comes with the Burmester 3D Surround Sound System.

On I-680, Pleasanton drivers have peace of mind, as the AMG® EQS Sedan includes Active Lane Change Assist, Active Lane Keeping Assist, Active Speed Limit Assist, and Car-to-X Communication.
